About PsychoHAistory

PsychoHAistory is a new, independent research initiative from Tracston. It explores predictive intelligence for human teams, AI agents and hybrid workforces: whether historical work data, statistical models and simulation can produce reliable, testable predictions about how work will go.

The initiative is at the concept stage. This website is a V0 preview: its laboratory is a demonstration with synthetic data, its research tracks are hypotheses, and its journal begins as concept notes. We will mark clearly when anything moves from concept to evidence.

Tracston builds software for operating AI systems responsibly. Several Tracston products — Otopia, Observatory, Excapia and Imperium — produce the kinds of operational records this research would need. Using any of them as a data source is proposed, not done, and each would require its own review.
