Building an Organizational Memory

Prediction needs history that is complete, consistent and honestly sourced.

Organizations forget. Projects close, tools change, and the context of past decisions disappears. Historical data that does survive is usually inconsistent: different tools, different definitions of “done”, different clocks.

An event history

The proposed Historical Event Store records work as immutable, time-stamped events with their source. The Organizational Graph records who and what collaborated, versioned over time. Together they make it possible to replay the state of a team as it was when a decision was made.

No connector exists yet. Each one will need its own security and privacy review before any data flows.

This is a concept note. It reports no experiments and no results.
